I believe that 'hollyhi' knows that the gearbox oil goes in the gearbox but a little more helpful thread would have been to tell the user exactly how to put the oil in the gearbox as stated in her question
Doblo booked in for service July 19th. Change oil warning light came on yesterday. How many miles can I do before the second deterioration threshold kicks in and RPM limited to 3000. Due to family issues can't get service done before the 19th. I estimate I'll do 250 miles with only one motorway

Also there is a set procedure for checking the fluid level of the selespeed unit - IIRC you have to open the door, pump primes, then turn the ignition on, the pump operates
